Ideally situated close to Ashbourne Town Centre and with easy access to many 3rd level colleges & Universities.

All household bills are included (gas, electric, cable, wifi, water)

There is also a continental style breakfast included in the price.

The host will seek a small security deposit against breakages that is refunded when leaving the house (€100)

The rate for the room is €150 per week (5 nights per week) & €200 per week (7 nights per week) and it is paid every 4 weeks in advance.

The minimum stay is 3 months and would be available for the full academic year.
