Room 1 is a single room with a single bed, wardrobes. All linen is included, The rate for this room is €175 per person per week. 

The host will seek a small security deposit against breakages that is refunded when leaving the house (€100).

The visitors have access to washing machine for laundry

Evening meals and a continental style breakfasts are included in the price.

The visitors also have access to the living room and sunroom to the rear of the house. All bills are included in the weekly rent.

All rent figures are based on a minimum of 3 month stay.
