Ideally located in walking distance to UCD, with great bus links to Dublin City Centre (Route number 46 / 145).

This room would be ideal for students, interns and people on work placements.

All household bills are included (gas, electric, cable, wifi, water)

There room is let on full board basis which includes evening meal & continental style breakfast included in the price.

You do not have to pay any security deposit.

The rate for the room is €170 per week (single) & €180 per week (double) and it is paid every 4 weeks in advance.

The minimum stay is 28 days and would be available for up to 2 months.
