Household bills would be shared with the other 2 guests.

The host will seek a 2 weeks security deposit (€340) that is refunded when leaving the house.

The rate for the room is €170 per week (single) and it is paid every 4 weeks in advance.

The minimum stay is 3 months and would be available for up to 6 months. (there is a possibility to extend further)
