Ideally located close to The Mill Shopping Centre, Grange Castle Business Campus and is only a short trip to Dublin City Centre on Dublin Bus Routes 13, 68 & 151.

This room would be suitable for students, interns and people on short term courses/work placements.

All household bills are included (gas, electric, cable, wifi, water)

There is also a continental style breakfast included in the price.

You do not have to pay any security deposit.

The rate for the room is €130 per week (single) and it is paid every 4 weeks in advance.

The minimum stay is 3 months and would be available for up to 6 months.
