This room would be suitable for students/apprentices only.

All household bills are included (gas, electric, cable, wifi, water)

You do not have to pay any security deposit.

The rate for the room is €140 per week (double) and it is paid every 4 weeks in advance.

The rooms are available on 5 night per week basis only (From Sunday afternoons to Friday afternoons)

The minimum stay is 28 days and would be available for the college year.
