Ideally situated only 10 minutes walk to TU Dublin (Tallaght), and only a short stroll to LUAS Red Line Kingswood Stop.

All household bills are included (gas, electric, cable, wifi, water)

There is also a continental style breakfast included in the price.

You do not have to pay any security deposit.

The rate for the room is €180 per week (single) and it is paid every 4 weeks in advance.

The minimum stay is 3 months and would be available for up to 6 months.
