Ideally located close to TU Dublin, Tallaght Hospital, and only a short stroll to LUAS Red Line Fettercairn Stop.

All household bills are included (gas, electric, cable, wifi, water)

You do not have to pay any security deposit.

The rate for the room is €165 per week (single) and it is paid every 4 weeks in advance.

The minimum stay is 3 months and would be available for up to 9 months for the academic year.
