The house is only a short stroll to Donabate DART Stop.

This room would be ideal for students, interns and people on work placements.

There is also a continental style breakfast included in the price.

You do not have to pay any security deposit.

The rate for the room is €130 per week (single) & €150 per week (double) and it is paid every 4 weeks in advance.

The minimum stay is 28 days and would be available for duration of the college year
