Ideally situated close to City West Business Park, City West Shopping Centre, and only a short stroll to LUAS Red Line City West and Cheeverstown Stops.

All household bills are included (gas, electric, cable, wifi, water)

The host will seek a small security deposit against breakages that is refunded when leaving the house.

The rate for the room is €250 per week and it is paid every 4 weeks in advance.

The minimum stay is 3 months and would be available for up to 9 months.
