Dublin Host Families are proud to offer a large single bedroom in this fine familiy home located only 6 kilometres from Dublin City Centre. 

Ideally located close to ITT, and only a short stroll to LUAS Red Line Kingswood Stop.

The house would be shared with the host lady, her daughter and a couple of small dogs.

This room would be ideal for students, interns and people on work placements.

All household bills are included (gas, electric, cable, wifi, water)

There is also a continental style breakfast included in the price.

You do not have to pay any security deposit.

The rate for the room is €170 per week and it is paid every 4 weeks in advance.

The minimum stay is 28 days and would be available for duration of the college year
