Ideally located close to Pelletstown Train Station linking you to Dublin City Centre and beyond.

The host lady at this apartment is vegan/vegetarian and an animal lover and would be seeking e person of the same thinking.

All household bills are included (electric, cable, refuse, water)

There is also a continental style breakfast included in the price.

The host will ask for a small security deposit against breakages that is refunded when leaving the house.

The rate for the room is €170 per week (double) and it is paid every 4 weeks in advance.

This room would be available for 3 months.
