This room would be ideal for students, interns and people on work placements.

All household bills are included (gas, electric, cable, wifi, water)

There is also a continental style breakfast included in the price.

You do not have to pay any security deposit.

The rate for the room is €100 per person per week based on 2 persons sharing it is paid every 4 weeks in advance. (Single occupancy is €140 per week)

The minimum stay is 28 days and would be available for duration of the college year
