This room would be suitable for students, interns and people on short term courses/work placements.

Certain household bills are included (refuse, cable, wifi, water) - gas and electric would be shared with the other guests.

You do not have to pay any security deposit.

The rate for the room is €600 per month (single) & €675 - 725 per month (double) and it is paid every month in advance.

The rooms would be available for up to 6 months.
