Ideally located close to TU Dublin (Blanchardstown), Blanchardstown Shopping Centre, Damastown Business Campus. Castleknock Train Station is a short walk and there are several buses only minutes from the house.

All household bills are included (gas, electric, cable, wifi, water)

The host will seek a refundable security deposit in the sum of €400.

The rate for the room is €135 per person per week (twin) & €135 per person per week (double) and it is paid every 4 weeks in advance.

The rooms are en suite and have TVs, Armchairs and table and dining chairs which offer an excellent standard of accommodation.

The minimum stay is 28 days and would be available for up to 6 months.
