You do not have to pay any security deposit.

The rate for the single room is €100 per week (5 nights per week) & €120 per week (7 nights per week) and it is paid every 4 weeks in advance.

The rate for the twin room is €100 per per person week (5 nights per week) & €120 per week (7 nights per week) and it is paid every 4 weeks in advance.

The minimum stay is 28 days and would be available for up to 6 months.
