This room would be suitable for students, interns and people on short term courses/work placements.

All household bills are included (gas, electric, cable, wifi, water)

Evening meal and breakfast included in the price.

You do not have to pay any security deposit.

The rate for the room is €170 per week (single) and it is paid every 4 weeks in advance.

The minimum stay is 3 months and would be available for up to 6 months.
