Ideally situated close to Bray & Shankill Villages, Bray College of Further Education and access to several Bus routes (45a / 45b / E1 / L14). Bray Train station is less than 30 minutes walk.

All household bills are included (gas, electric, cable, wifi, water)

You do not have to pay any security deposit.

The rate for the room is €135 per person per week (2 friends sharing) & €175 per week (single occupancy) and it is paid every 4 weeks in advance.

The minimum stay is 3 months and would be available for up to 6 months.
