All household bills are included (oil, electric, cable, wifi, water)

The host will seek a small security deposit against breakages that is refunded when leaving the house (€200) 

The rate for the room is (€700 per month) / (€900 per month) and it is paid every month in advance.

The minimum stay is 3 months and would be available for up to 6 months. (there is a possibility to extend further)
