Ideally located close to City West Business Campus & City West Shopping Centre. ITT, The Square Shopping Centre and Tallaght Village are only a short drive away. Dublin City Centre is accessed by LUAS Red Line Fortunestown Stop and local Dublin Bus Routes 65B & 77A.

This room would be suitable for students, interns and people on short term courses/work placements.

All household bills are included (gas, electric, cable, wifi, water)

There is also a continental style breakfast included in the price.

You do not have to pay any security deposit.

The rate for the room is €110 per week (single) & €125 per week (double) and it is paid every 4 weeks in advance. Evening meals are provided for an extra €20 per week.

The minimum stay is 28 days and would be available for up to 3 months.
