Ideally situated close to Crumlin & Pearse Colleges, with several bus routes only 1 minute walk linking to Dublin City Centre in 10 minutes.

All household bills are included (gas, electric, cable, wifi, water)

The host will seek a small security deposit against breakages that is refunded when leaving the house (€100)

The rate for the rooms are €200 per week and it is paid every 4 weeks in advance.

The minimum stay is 3 months and would be available for up to 6 months. (there is a possibility to extend further)
