Ideally located close to ITT, and only a short stroll to LUAS Red Line Kingswood Stop.

This room would be ideal for students, interns and people on work placements.

All household bills are included (gas, electric, cable, wifi, water)

There is also a continental style breakfast included in the price.

You do not have to pay any security deposit.

The rate for the room is €95 per person per week based on 2 people sharing (twin) or €120 per week (single person occupancy) it is paid every 4 weeks in advance.

The minimum stay is 28 days and would be available for up to 3 months
