Ideally situated close to Grange Castle Business Campus, and only a short stroll to Clondalkin Village, Liffey Valley Shopping Centre. There are several bus routes only minutes walk to the house (Routes 13 / 60 / 68 / 151/ L54 / W2)

All household bills are included (gas, electric, cable, wifi, water)

You do not have to pay any security deposit.

The rate for the room is €130 per week (5 nights) & €180 per week (7 nights) and it is paid every 4 weeks in advance.

The minimum stay is 3 months and would be available for up to 9 months.
