Ideally situated close to TU (Dublin), Tallaght Hospital, The Square Town Centre, and only a short stroll to LUAS Red Line Kingswood Stop.

Household bills are shared between the guests.

The host will seek a small security deposit against breakages that is refunded when leaving the house (€200).

The rate for the room is €550 per month and it is paid every month in advance.

The minimum stay is 3 months and would be available for up to 6 months.
