Ideally located close to Clondalkin Village Centre, Ballymount Industrial Estate, Grange Castle, Park West & City West.

All household bills are included (gas, electric, cable, wifi, water)

The rate for the studio is €1,050 per month (single) / €1,200 (couple) and it is paid every month in advance.

The minimum stay is 3 months and would be available for up to 6 months.
