Ideally located close to Dublin Airport, Pavilions Shopping Centre and only a short stroll into Swords Village with many bus routes linking to Dublin City Centre and beyond.

The rate for the room is €145 per week (double) and it is paid every 4 weeks in advance.

The minimum stay is 3 months and would be available for up to 9 months.

Utility bills would be €20 per person per week / cleaners fees would also be €15 per person per week.

The host is a professional guy in his mid 20's.
