Ideally located close to Castleknock Village & The Phoenix Park with Dublin City Centre only a short bus ride away (serviced by Dublin Bus Route 37 & 38)

This room would be suitable for students, interns and people on short term courses/work placements.

All household bills are included (gas, electric, cable, wifi, water)

There is also a continental style breakfast included in the price.

You do not have to pay any security deposit.

The rate for the room is €130 per week (single en suite) & €110 per person per week (twin en suite) / €140 single person occupancy and it is paid every 4 weeks in advance.

The minimum stay is 28 days and would be available for up to 6 months.
