Ideally situated close to TU Dublin (Tallaght), and only a short stroll to LUAS Red Line Kingswood Stop with several bus routes on your doorstep (routes 27 / 77 / 77X / 54A / 65).

All household bills are included (gas, electric, cable, wifi, water)

The Host will seek a small security deposit against breakages that is refunded when leaving the house.

The rate for the room is €650 per month and it is paid every month in advance.

The minimum stay is 3 months and would be available for up to 6 months.
