Ideally situated close to Maynooth University, INTEL, HEWLETT PACKARD etc.

As this house is in a very rural position, you would need your own car to commute.

All household bills are included (oil, electric, cable, wifi, water)

There is also a continental style breakfast included in the price.

You do not have to pay any security deposit.

The rate for the room is €125 per week (5 nights per week) & €160 per week (7 nights per week) and it is paid every 4 weeks in advance.

The minimum stay is 3 months and would be available for up to 7 months.
