Ideally situated convenient to TU Dublin, Griffith College, Trinity College, UCD etc and only a short stroll to several bus routes linking you throughout Dublin.

All household bills are included (gas, electric, cable, wifi, water)

There is also a continental style breakfast included in the price.

You do not have to pay any security deposit.

The rate for the room is €140 per week (single) and this is paid every 4 weeks in advance.

The minimum stay is 3 months and would be available for up to 9 months.
