Dublin Host Families are delighted to offer a selection bedrooms in this newly refurbished stunning semi detached property located only 8.5 kilometres from Dublin City Centre.

Ideally located close to Donaghmede Shopping Centre, Baldoyle & Coolock Industrial Estates and only a short trip by bus into Dublin City Centre and only a 10 minute walk to Howth Junction/Donaghmede Train Station.

This room would be suitable for students, interns and people on short term courses/work placements.

All household bills are included (gas, electric, cable, wifi, water)

There is also a continental style breakfast included in the price.

The host seeks a small security deposit against breakages that is refunded when leaving the house.

The rate for the rooms are as following:

# Single Room is €150 per week 

# Twin Room is €130 per person per week (based on 2 people sharing) / €175 for single person 

   occupancy

# Double Room is €175 per week (single person occupancy)

The rent and it is paid every 4 weeks in advance.

The minimum stay is 3 months and would be available for up to 6 months.
