Ideally located close to Greenogue Industrial Estate & City West Business Campus. (Own car would be needed as this is in a rural location without any public transport)

All household bills are included (gas, electric, cable, wifi, water)

The host will seek a small security deposit that is refunded at the end of the term.

The rate for the rooms are €150 per week (double) and it is paid every 4 weeks in advance.

The minimum stay is 28 days and would be available for up to 6 months.
