Ideally situated close to IADT, UCD (Smurfit School) UCD (Belfield Campus), Trinity College, and only a short stroll to Dun Laoghaire and Monstown DART stations and also several bus routes only minutes walk (Routes 111 / E2 / L25 / L27).

All household bills are included (gas, electric, cable, wifi, water)

Evening meals and continental style breakfast are included in the price.

You do not have to pay any security deposit.

The rate for the room is €250 per week and it is paid every 4 weeks in advance.
