This room would be ideal for students, interns and people on work placements.

All household bills are included (gas, electric, cable, wifi, water)

There is also a continental style breakfast included in the price.

You do not have to pay any security deposit.

The rate for the room is €170 per week (single) & twin based on 2 people sharing at €135 per person per week and it is paid every 4 weeks in advance.

The minimum stay is 3 months and would be available for up to 6 months.
