Ideally located close to The Beacon Hospital, UCD, and only a short stroll to LUAS Green Line Stillorgan and Kilmacud Stops. There are several buses located only minutes walk (11, 46A & 75)

All household bills are included (gas, electric, cable, wifi, water)

There is also a continental style breakfast included in the price.

You do not have to pay any security deposit.

The rate for the room is €150 per week (single) and it is paid every 4 weeks in advance.

The minimum stay is 28 days and would be available for up to 6 months.
