Ideally located only minutes walk into Donabate Village Centre and a short stroll to Donabate Train Station.

All household bills are included (gas, electric, cable, wifi, water)

You do not have to pay any security deposit.

The rate for the room is €150 per week (double) and it is paid every 4 weeks in advance.

The room would be available until Christmas.
