Ideally located alongside Ballymount & Greenhills Industrial Estate, and only a short stroll to LUAS Red Line Kylemore Stop. There are many bus routes on the doorstep linking to Dublin City Centre.

This room would be suitable for students, interns and people on short term courses/work placements.

All household bills are included (gas, electric, cable, wifi, water)

There is also a continental style breakfast included in the price.

You do not have to pay any security deposit.

The rate for the room is €100 per week and it is paid every 4 weeks in advance.

The minimum stay is 28 days and would be available for up to 3 months.
