Ideally located close to DCU, Omni Shopping Centre and Dublin Airport is only a short bus ride away.

This room would be ideal for students, interns and people on work placements.

All household bills are included (gas, electric, cable, wifi, water)

The host will seek a small security deposit against breakages that is refunded when leaving the house.

The rate for the room 1 is €125 per person per week (twin room) and it is paid every 4 weeks in advance.

The rate for the room 2 is €175 per week (double room) for 1 person and it is paid every 4 weeks in advance.

The minimum stay is 28 days and would be available for duration of the college year
