Dublin Host Families are proud to offer a beautiful bedroom with own bathroom (this room can be taken for single person occupancy only or 2 friends sharing) in this stunning apartment property located only 14 kilometres from Dublin City Centre.

Ideally situated close to Malahide Village, with several bus routes (42, 42D & 142) on your doorstep and Malahide Train Station being just over 10 minutes walk and will link you to Dublin City Centre and beyond.

All household bills are included (gas, electric, cable, wifi, water)

The host will seek a small security deposit against breakages that is refunded when leaving the house. (€100)

The rate for the room is €250 per week (single person occupancy) & €150 per person per week (2 sharing) and it is paid every 4 weeks in advance.

The minimum stay is 3 months and would be available for up to 9 months for the college year.
