The property is located off the M1 Motorway so would anyone commuting close by easy access. 

There is ample parking and fabulous grounds on the property.

This room would be suitable for students, interns and people on short term courses/work placements.

All household bills are included (gas, electric, cable, wifi, water)

There is also a continental style breakfast included in the price.

You do not have to pay any security deposit.

The rate for the room is €120 per week (twin sharing) & €140 per week (single person occupancy) and it is paid every 4 weeks in advance.

The minimum stay is 28 days and would be available for up to 3 months.
