Ideally located close to Blanchardstown TU Dublin, Clonee, Blanchardstown Shopping Centre and only a couple of minutes walk to Clonsilla Train Station linking to Dublin City / Maynooth University/ Leixlip etc.

All household bills are included in the rental price (electric, refuse, cable, wifi, water, gas)

The host will seek 2 weeks as a refundable security deposit that is returned when leaving the house. 

The rent is paid every week in advance.

The rate for this room is €200 per week, and this is paid every 4 weeks in advance.

The room would be available for 3 to 6 months.
