Certain household bills are included (refuse, cable, wifi, water) - gas and electricity would be shared with the other guests

The Host will seek a security deposit against breakages that is refunded when leaving the house (1 months rent).

The rate for the room 1 is €1,100 per month (2 sharing) room 2 is €1,200 per month (2 sharing) and it is paid every 4 weeks in advance.

The rooms would be available for 6 months (with the possibility to extend further).
