Ideally situated only 10-15 minutes walk to DCU, and only a short stroll to several bus routes linking to Dublin City Centre and beyond (Routes 9 / 19 / 42d / 104 / 220).

All household bills are included (gas, electric, cable, wifi, water)

You do not have to pay any security deposit.

The rate for the room is €140 per week and it is paid every 4 weeks in advance.

The minimum stay is 3 months and would be available for up to 9 months for the academic year.
