Dublin Host Families are proud to offer a large double bedroom in this lovely property located only 3 kilometres from Dublin City Centre.

Ideally situated only 20 minutes walk to TU Dublin (Grangegorman), and only a short stroll to several bus routes linking to Dublin City Centre and beyond (Routes 120 / 122 / 38) and the LUAS stop at Cabra only 3 minutes walk.

All household bills are included (gas, electric, cable, wifi, water)

You do not have to pay any security deposit.

The rate for the room is €150 per week and it is paid every 4 weeks in advance.

The minimum stay is 3 months and would be available for up to 9 months for the academic year.
