Ideally located close to Baldoyle Industrial Estate, Howth Village, and only a 5 minute walk to Bayside DART Station.

All household bills are included (gas, electric, cable, wifi, water)

There is also a continental style breakfast included in the price. (Evening meal is an optional extra)

You do not have to pay any security deposit.

The rate for the room is €110 per week (twin) & €135 per week (single) and it is paid every 4 weeks in advance.

The minimum stay is 3 months and would be available for up to 6 months.
