Ideally situated close to Donaghmede Shopping Centre, Baldoyle and Raheny Village Centres. There are several bus routes only minutes walk (H1 / 27A / N6)

Household bills are included (heating, electric, cable, wifi)

The host will seek a security deposit against breakages that is refunded when leaving the house (€500)

The rate for the room is €1,150 per month and it is paid every month in advance.

This studio would be available for up to 6 months.
