Ideally situated close to TU Dublin (Tallaght), Tallaght Hospital, and only a short stroll to LUAS Red Line Belgard Stop.

All household bills are included (gas, electric, cable, wifi, water)

The host will seek a small security deposit against breakages that is refunded when leaving the house. (€100)

The rate for the room is €140 per person per week (2 friends sharing) & €180 per week (single) and it is paid every 4 weeks in advance.

The minimum stay is 3 months and would be available for up to 6 months.
