Ideally situated convenient to Dublin Airport, Baldoyle Industrial Estate, and only a short stroll to Balgriffin DART station and several bus routes.

Certain household bills are included (refuse, cable, wifi, water)

There is also a continental style breakfast included in the price.

The host will ask for a small security deposit. (€100 per person)

The rate for the room is €115 per person per week (twin) & €125 per person per week (double en suite) and it is paid every 4 weeks in advance.

The minimum stay is 3 months and would be available for up to 6 months.
