Ideally located close to Donabate Village and only 2 minutes walk to Donabate Train Station linking you to Dublin City Centre in less than 30 minutes.

All household bills are included (gas, electric, cable, wifi, water)

There is also a continental style breakfast included in the price.

You do not have to pay any security deposit.

The rate for the room is €110 per week (single) and it is paid every 4 weeks in advance.

The minimum stay is 28 days and would be available for up to  6 months.
