Located in a newly constructed development, this room offer rural living with a good bus service (Route 133, 133B, 133X & 183) linking you to Dublin and beyond.

All household bills are included (gas, electric, cable, wifi, water)

There is also a continental style breakfast included in the price.

You do not have to pay any security deposit.

The rate for the room is €115 per week (single) and it is paid every 4 weeks in advance.

The minimum stay is 28 days and would be available for up to 6 months.
